I have coordinated some great programs to what I think fit a broad range of needs for our community. Our Tae Kwon Do students learn Han Moo Kwan, Tae Kwon Do. Advanced programs include Korean Sword, Hap Ki Do, Self-Defense, Weapons and Competition Sport TKD training. Through many years of training, I have designed a program that integrates "Life skills" lessons in my teaching. I teach lessons on subjects like self-discipline, self-esteem and self-confidence that can be used in everyday living. Imagine your children learning to keep their rooms clean, as being the same thing as returning a punch to the proper position. As adults we need these lessons for our success, so the same concept works for us too.

Fitness Kickbox A high-intensity aerobic workout for the entire body, Fitness Kick Box uses a combination of boxing fundamentals and the forms and techniques of Tae Kwon-Do to shape the upper body, buttocks, calves, thighs, and hips. Deborah Klok, the creator of the workout, will lead you through the process. As you train to become a better you.
Korean Sword
Advanced Weapons
There are several different styles of Korean swordsmanship. One of the major traditional styles is Gum Do, it is based on traditional Korean swordsmanship which stresses moral values and emphasizes fluidity, harmony, circular movements, and the theories, concepts and principles of defensive action. The Gum Do style of traditional Korean swordsmanship concerns itself with the development of the mind, body and spirit of its practitioners through physical, mental and spiritual training.
Mixed Martial Arts Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), is a complete combat martial art that allows a wide variety of fighting techniques, from a mixture of Martial Arts both traditional and non-traditional, to be used in self defense. Techniques include both striking and grappling techniques, both while standing and on the ground. It has become one of the most effective forms of self-defense in the world today.
